Something new and something old we made this week:

Pulled Pork – So delicious. We ate for days. The original recipe is very juicy the first day. We made Pulled Pork Sandwiches with BBQ and Pork Tacos with Shredded Cabbage Slaw with the meat as well.

Angel Pudding Cake – So simple for weeknight entertaining. You can make the night before also, just chill in the fridge.

  • Just slice up an angel food cake into three layers (or into chunks for a trifle-style presentation).
  • Mix a box of white chocolate pudding or cheesecake pudding mix with a little less milk than they require, and mix with a tub of cool whip.
  • Cut up some berries.
  • Add a layer of pudding and berries between each angel cake layer.

Light, beautiful and very easy.
